The Entrance Exam is conducted in the month of April and Counselling is done in the month of June/July by Council of Joint Entrance Examination of Uttar Pradesh.

After the counselling, the list of eligible names of students  to get the admission in our institute is provided by Council of Joint Entrance Examination of Uttar Pradesh to the Institute. On the basis of this list admissions are made in the Institute. No admission fee is charged from Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students as a special scheme of the Social Welfare Department. Apart from free hostel and free books from book bank facilities are also provided to all Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students .

Counselling Schedule

Admission to all three Branches is made on the basis of merit cum choice of the Joint Entrance Examination conducted by Council of Joint Entrance Examination of Uttar Pradesh. The forms for the same are released in the month of December and the last date of submitting the forms is generally last week of February. This combined Examination is held for Admissions to all Polytechnics of Uttar Pradesh in Group A .
